Well, we got the best new possible under the circumstances I think. Jonathan is now in a walking boot. He cannot put any weight on it yet, but at least he can take it off to bathe. He will wear this for 3 weeks, then we go back to the ortho doc again. As long as everything is healing as it should, he will be walking in his walking boot for another 3 weeks after that.
IF things shift he is possibly facing surgery. As long as he keeps weight off of it, everything should be fine.
