Summer!

Summer, or at least the end of school, is here. I think I am as glad about that as the kids.

Friday was the school's end of the year carnival. Mark and I worked there all day. We are both sunburned, but it was fun. Our station was the dunking booth. Mark was in the booth a few times. I gave the kids the baseballs to throw and tried to get them "mad" at the dunkee. That night Jackson had a ball game and then we went to a Japanese steakhouse to celebrate a good school year.

Yesterday I took the boys to the pool. I sat in the shade listening to my iPod, reading my book and appreciating the day. Life is good.
